Update 10/27/2009: This month I registered on the Daring Kitchen website to participate in monthly Daring Cooks and Daring Bakers Challenges. This month’s Daring Bakers Challange is French Macarons. The recipe comes from Claudia Fleming’s The Last Course: The Desserts of Gramercy Tavern. This week I need to make 150 homemade chocolate lollipops so while I am making those, I will bake the macarons as a sweet treat for the administrators and office staff at Drue’s school.
